speedo sensor cable location help

can anyone give me a more detailed description of where to find the three wires i need to tap into with the speedo converter?

i have the car jacked up - and have looked from the bonnet and underneath and cannot find the location.

all i have to go on is this description

'Locate the Speed Sensor that is located behind the engine on the right hand side box and is identified by having
a 3pin plug connected to it.'

Go directly down from the throttle body.

The plug is vertical on the top of the gearbox, just before the transfer box.
