Removing the tail lights

Run into a snag removing these things. Removed the Nuts off, but how do I remove the part where that Rubber Cover is. Pic Attached. Thanks in Advance

Just pull firmly on the light and it will pop out. That thingy is a plastic socket that a ball on tail lamp clips into.
