My EVO VI wheels have sold so I decided to invest the funds elsewhere:

/woot /woot2 :beerbang: :bananadan :drummer:

Surface shipping so will take up to 12 weeks to arrive ... but at least that will give me a deadline to get the garden decking finished by

What was/is the cost? What was the factor that made you change your mind from the Diayamas?

Nice choice, too, BTW!!

Total cost including shipping (surface) was £502.80 ... which I think was a very good price /yes

But that did include an extra £22 as I paid by credit card and an extra £27 that was put on by the online transaction broker company.

The exchange rate seems to be particularly good at the moment as I thought Teins were a lot more expensive than this. And the price dropped about £15 from yesterday when I looked ... (the base cost was £452 before all the other stuff was added on).

The main reason I changed my mind Nick was just that I did not realise I could get a decent Tein setup which was fully adjustable in terms of height and damping for this sort of cost. I thought it would have been a lot more.

Also, I have been reading quite a few reviews (on here particularly) of this setup and it seems that the ride is still comfortable but the handling is excellent.

Nothing against the Diayamas, I just felt that Tein was more of a known quantity and the price is particularly good at the moment.

Hopefully, ... just a bit of bodywork to get done after this and the car will be pretty much where I want it to be ...

Oh ... and just in case anyone is still unsure about whether this kit is suitable for the Galant (rather than just the Legnum). Have a look here:

Spring rates I Think.

8k FR 5KRR on the GTs vs 5K all round on the SWG....Probably other stuff too!

Basically, the GT wagon is designed more for harder driving on the road and is less focused on retaining comfort.

The Super Wagon gives you a good compromise between better handling and retaining a good level of comfort.

Well that's what the Tein website says anyway ...

I *think* the GT wagon may also give you the ability to adjust camber.

These shocks will allow for ride-height adjustability along with a 16-level force adjustment (EDFC compatible) and camber adjustability. (https://www.rhdjapan.com/home/products/product_detail_new.php?int_product_id=2894)

Yeah, I noticed that. But it says that for both Super Wagon and GT Wagon on the RHD Japan website. But the Tein website does not mention it for either type ...

Hopefully, you will be right ... :afro:

Erm, based on this thread:

http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19207&highlight=camber+kit

I'm pretty sure that adjustable pillowball mounts wouldn't allow camber adjustments on a VR4.
