A Doctor was giving a lecture to a group of first year med students.
"One of the first things you need to do is lose your inhibitions, get stuck in and do the job."
He inserted his finger into the cadaver's rectum, pulled it out, and sucked it.
"Now it's your turn"
Of course all the students freaked out, but one by one they all came up, probed the cadaver, and sucked their fingers.
The doctor then turned to his students and said "The power of observation is the most important skill you can have as a Doctor... Now who noticed that i stuck my index finger up his arse yet sucked on my middle finger?"
