This is what happens when you wash your car with a sponge all winter.../pan /Grrr

So what's the alternative?

Wayne - not cleaning a car at all. You won't be putting any more swirls in the paint work, you won't be able to see the swirls that are already there, and finally it is less work. And I think you always said you wanted a grey car didn't you?

Pure lambswool wash mitt. Having a rinse bucket as well as a wash bucket. Grit guard in the bottom of the buckets...

Cheers Don. Will have to check that out. I must admit I have always used a hose pipe and bucket and sponge to wash my cars. Never heard of grit guard before ...
