don't know about the quality but they seem te be LOUD!! (that's what I've heared about em)

blitz is a good brand,
my friend had one on his lancer gsr, but every now and again (rarely) it caused stalling for him.

oh and if the pictured is the one you get,

that hard pipe dont look like it fits anywhere unless its a hard pipe to replace the flexi pipe before the factory intake elbow??
