Lidl Motor Engine Oil 5w-40

My local store Lidl sell engine oil 5w-40 , very cheap, how much I put inside engine? my friend use it all time, hes said oil very good but he has different car to mine galant.

What brand of oil is it? It could be a really cheap and nasty oil that won't do your car any good.

I can't say i'd be too happy about using oil from Lidl to go in my car to be honest. Out of interest what model Galant do you drive?

Very cheap often means very poor. Post up the information from the label, or the brand and rating etc. Maybe it is a bargain?
