Oh it's definatly in Richmond, I can't remember the digits but I have seen it a couple of times so will keep an eye out for it. It looks like dark blue, indigo. It's got Hids, and a custom exhaust.

There are a few vr4s with the same letters at the end. I think DVLA keep a few letter groups specifically for imports. There are a few peeps on here that share the same number plate end.
