That was dave talking.. i was just wondering if i was alive, as when it spun we hit the verge then all i could see was bridge wall coming straight at me.... so i resigned myself to a snapped neck.... but was very grateful when it never happened.

I still do not know how we got away with that, but that is by far my scariest moment rallying and a great bit of lift off oversteer!!!!

As the vid is only pointing in 1 direction it is difficult for us to get the full sh1t your pants view you must have got, you where both very lucky.

Yeah, it's not often you genuinely believe you are going to die! I suppose though the lesson to be learnt through moments like this one is that you cant scrimp on safety(one thing that i have never done), as walking away is the most important thing!

Aye, you were lucky there! A few years ago, mate of mine wasn't so lucky and rolled his 205 down the left side of that bridge. Really scary thing was we didn't know if we'd find a spectator under the car 'cos someone said one guy had been standing on the bridge. Fortunately, we didn't :) Pity you lost all your speed before the Swinton crossroads following ... :P
