I had a standard 9000 miles service done last month (July 2007) along with an MOT, new brake pads, new Iridium spark plugs, new power steering and alternator belts, and new track rod ends. The engine bay needed cleaning as the oil filler cap had disappeared and thrown oil everywhere. :(
I found them very helpful and effecient - drove me back to my hotel while the car was being worked on.
Only slight (possible) error was the heat range of the spark plugs. AFAIK, the correct plug for the 2.4 GDI engine is IZFR5B, but IZFR6B were fitted. Maybe they were worried about cheap low octane Petrol - Japan uses 100 RON?
