Never really been into supercars, so this list is going to look a bit weird. I value fun/x-factor over pure performance.

Honda RC30 (are bikes allowed?) - been bettered, but I'm the right age to think of this as the pinnacle of 'proper' bikes.
Suzuki RG500 - I rode one once. It was exactly what I expected. It should have been exorcised before leaving the factory. A triumph of raw power over 80's frame/suspension/brake technology.
Lotus Sunbeam - passed up the chance to own one when I was 18 and regret it to this day (although I'd have killed myself in a week).
My old Scirocco. It was the car I always wanted.
Another Scirocco to strip and stick a 1.8T in the back. Or maybe a Mk 3 Scirocco (Corrado, if you must)
Yet another Scirocco to get the Reiger bodykit thing out of my system. So 80's it hurts. Meine Augen! Sie Bluten! (http://www.dutch.nl/RWOUDA/derrocco.jpg)
Sorted Leggie to take Throbbe Jr to nursery.
Ur-Quattro
BMW M1 (anyone guessed I'm a fan of Giugaro styled doorstops yet)
Bowler Wildcat for weekend fun. "I AM A DRIVING GOD!!!"

the ultimate factory special , 70mph in first :o awesome , a friend of mine had one , i spent so much time nursing a semi i thought i was gonna pass out , it handled so sweetly it just did what you asked of it , and never ever suprised you , sublime is the best word. i remeber getting caught pulling wheelies on it in the town centre when i was 17 /pan ( no mean feat when first is that tall) and the copper was more interested in the bike than anything else , bloody lucky really , i hadn't got my licence at the time /pan /pan /pan the poor old boy got killed by a volvo one evening who 'didn't see him'/Grrr /Grrr /Grrr /Grrr /Grrr /Grrr a ood lad and a great bike gone because some tosser couldn't be bothered to open their eyes :(

I'm formulating my list but couldn't help chuckle at this on the Channel 4car site -

"The Aston Martin DB9 Volante has been voted European Gay Car of the Year 2006 by the French website Ledorga. As the website states "to be tanning this summer in style, gay and fashionable (and quite expensive nevertheless), you definitively need an Aston Martin DB9".

Actually, VAG's own 4.2 diesel V8 (in the A8 and Q7) is torquier at 561lb ft. It's also 20bhp up on the 5.0 and significantly smoother.

However, the Dodge RAM 2500 5.9 straight-six diesel weighs in at 325bhp and 621lb ft, to spoil VAG's fun. This may not qualify as "production car" though...
