Whilst not in the habit of naming my possessions, my fiancee mispronounced "Mitsubishi" one day and ended up calling it "Mister Bishi" instead, which I found rather amusing.

No names for mine, (even though it's a lowly non-vr4) but I can't imagine my car being female? Or at least not like any woman I'd ever like to meet :speechles

Heh! As Lilly said, our Legnum is called Ariadne (She's definately female).

The golf is called Skarloey -(Male)
The Coupe is called Pap-Pap (though I am trying to think of a new name as I don't like this one and I'm not sure it suits the character of the car. I haven't worked out this car's gender yet either.)

Our V6 Sport was called Hordak, a name that's stuck with his new owner. Hordak, as you would expect is a red-blooded male.

The Donor for the Coupe was called Goldie, and I stuck with that.

The Fiat Cinquecento Sporting I had when I was 19 was 'The Bug' and was definetly male - no female could ever misbehave so much!

The 'Neutrals'... My GLS was always 'The GLS' - It didn't need fancy names to be a cool car. Same with my Honda Accord Coupe.

I also owned a Rover 25. I never took to this crappy car and so never named it.

Haven't really named my car, but if I did it would have to be 'Little Thumper'.

That was the name of a drag race car years ago that I always liked. An old

Fiat with tube frame and big V8 and a cartoon picture of Thumper the rabbit,

(you know, from Bambi), on the back. It was crazy quick and as much squirrel

as it was rabbit. Great fun to watch but probably a large handfull to drive./rally

Beastlee, you really want it back? It only needs Anti-Roll Bar Bushes, Front Suspension Arm, Brakes all round, track rod ends, an oil and filter change. Oh, and something to sort the fact that at high revs it occasionally splutters and goes backwards.

Maybe it's revolting and wants to be back with Bert! It likes the hills and scenery up here though...

Expensive ....?

No ....
'Purple Turple' or just 'The Leggie'

Liz wants to call hers 'Ralli Tart' but it won't fit on the number plate.
