I'm about to sell my 1998 imported VR4, its done 37000 miles and I was wondering what sort of price I should be asking for it. It's Silver and in very good condition.

I really really don't want to sell it, its the best car I've ever owned, but I just can't afford to keep doing my daily mileage in it. Any guidance as to the price I can expect would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I think you should sell it to the God of GLS power, and to show your humble subservance, you should ask no more than £100!!! :D

Seriously.... I think Legnums are slightly pricier, but I'd say about 9,000 would invite a quick sale. '98 VR-4s seem to be fetching between 8-10K on autotrader, but they're all at dealers, not private sales.

Yeah, I'd say 8,000 to 9,000 should do it.

Kieran is about right there - I would start at £9499 and work down from there mate - I reckon finding the right person is the hardest part.....and of course not a great time of year to sell a car. Good luck with it mate - and don't forget to post it here with some pics.

Thanks for the advice guys. That was the sort of price I was hoping for but not what my local dealer said I should be asking for. As soon as I've got it all shiny and taken some photos I'll be posting it on here.
