MY offside tyre has worn, but on oneside only, the outside edge.

is this a fault or is it just my roundabout cornering technique from weight and speed?

inside edge is fine

have you had a wheel alignment done recently? my mitsi dealer recommended about every 15-20,00kms. not sure what that is in miles.
i had a similar fault with one front tyre and i failed a wof (warrant of fitness) check because of it. got new mags and got an alignment done, never been a problem since.

nope, not had the car long enough, suppose they could do it when they fit the tyre

I would suggest replacing at least both fronts at the same time, if not all 4 tyres, and get them all aligned and balanced at the same time.

would be nice but a bit tight right now

i'll get another cheap v rated and take it easy until i can do that.

the donky donk noise is getting worse (can make it do it by 'pulse' reversing) , and cambelt due any day now

and a big slap on the wrists from the missus over fuel bills :(

Must order that lpg kit after the donky donk and 54k service!

I think a slap on the wrist is a survivable tradeoff :)
