Their has been a lot of talk on here with regards to tein suspension
( as a offical dealer ) i have spoke to tein uk with regards to the
various suspension avalable for the legnum vr4
and this is their answer with prices ......



Wagon is no longer available, but Basic Wagon is.

Spring rate for Basic Wagon is front 5kgf/mm and rear 3kgf/mm.
rise height adjustment only. Front range for EC5W -20mm
to -60mm Rear range -10mm to -50mm.
List price GBP390.00 + vat for part number GSR42-J1SS2.


SuperWagon spring rate is as above.
SuperWagon DSR42-91SS3 As above but damping force adjustment of compression
with rebound together ( 16 settings). Also special uppermounts allowing
EDFC.
Sales price GBP560.00 + vat


GT Wagon spring rate is front 8kgf/mm and rear 5 kgf/mm
GT Wagon GSR42-E1SS3
As above but with full length height adjust system. Allowing height
adjustment independently of the spring pre-load.

Front range EC5W +10mm to -75mm Rear range +10mm to -55mm

List price GBP720 + vat


i am going to order a set for mine shortley 6-8 weeks delivery
i am prepaired to do a very good group buy on these , prices will depend on the people who want to go ahead , you can buy direct from japn ( as nick said ) but
you might still have to pay vat and duty , And Tein uk will not wty these units

I paid less than £700 for Super wagons with EDFC including shipping, packing, and a credit card charge. But that was from RHDJapan, not from Mr Voodoo. TBH, if Mr Voodoo could have done that price or better a month ago, I would have bought them from him.

nick that is a very cheap price
rrp on both is £940 i have asked tein uk about dropping their prices as the yen is so poor , but i think no is going to be their answer ( the answer is no )
i could do the above for £ 749 all in this is a very good price !!!!!!!!!

you will also have a full tein uk wty ???

on another note having spoken to tein uk they are thinking of stocking the kits
for the legnum/galant ( shocks and springs ) in the uk

I paid £502 for the Super Wagons without EDFC and that included shipping (surface shipping, 4-12 weeks), packing and the credit card charge. That was also from RHD Japan.

MR.VOODOO: I don't think anyone can give you exact numbers of UK owners, not even the DVLA. Mine is registered as a Galant GL, for example! Officially, Ralliart brought in 200 VR4s. As a rough guess, I would say that one in four of the cars at events is a Ralliart supplied car, so completely out of the blue I would say that there must be around 1000 VR4s in the UK. To be honest, though, it could be twice that or less than that.

Yes, but I did not have to wait the 2 months to get them delivered. It took 10 days and most of that was my faulty for paying via paypal and using a e-cheque which took 7 days to clear!

If I had taken the slow route, it would have cost £513 all in. I was lucky as Barry paid the shipping for me!! (Birthday Present)

just spoke to tein uk and the galant vr4 and the legnum vr4 have the SAME suspension kit

I've recently contacted Mitsubishi and they've told me EC5W and EC5A suspension parts are all interchangeable, so am I right thinking the Tein GT Wagon will fit my Galant VR4? Has anyone already done this? I'm actually also keen to get it with stiffer springs and a mono tube damper but I dont know if Tein will do this.
