Where did you run the power lead to the vr4, the instruction manual mentioned running it to the Ignition Coil Relay or EFI Main relay.
Suggested locations for the following?
Port 1: Connect an uninterrupted intake manifold pressure source
Port 2:Source of pressuriezed air.
Port 3: connect to the port on the wastegate acutator
