Hey peeps.

Does anyone have the part number for the standard Galant/Legnum VR-4 fuel pump?

If you look it up in caps, you just get the number for the assembly and I can't cross reference that against anything....

Ideally, if anyone's got a spare stock pump kicking about, can you have a look on the body to see if there's any part numbers? I imagine it's a denso pump, so if there is a number it may well be 195xxx-xxx or something like that.

Thankyou muchly!:scholar:

I've still got a stock one in the shed - Free if you want it - Will look up detail tomorrow when wine-haze has diminished

Thanks Nev - that's great. I don't actually need the pump itself, I just want to ID it so that I can try and research its flow rate - I suspect it's a Denso unit but I'm not sure which.

Don't worry if you can't find it, I can always yank the one out my car, but obviously I don't want to do that if I don't need to!

It is denso.

I actually posted all the details yesterday from work and it didnt work for some crazy reason.

It has 2 long numbers on the pump which I will confirm later in the office.

One number under the Denso name in small black writing, and another number in larger white writing on the RHD of the pump end.

I'll check later hopefully.

But it is denso. :)

That's great guys. So, now we know it's a fairly standard Denso fitment - the 195130 series of pumps is a common jap car fitment.

The 2330 is the important bit, that's the model of the pump, so now I can see if I can find a flow rate chart anywhere.:scholar:
