Very rare to see 3 major Englands teams playing on the same day.

You have the England playing in the World Cup Rugby tomorrow and we also have England V Israel in football Euro qualifying and the crucial final match in cricket between England V India.

So will it be 3 out of 3 wins for England tomorrow?

Personally I think it will be 2 out of 3 because the England/India cricket match its hard to predict as both sides are pretty well matched and as good as each other.

bradc, how do you rate NZ's chances in the Rugby World Cup? Will they choke again? :)

yeah thats what pisses me off about the allblacks, for the 3 years in between the world cup from like 1988 we are the best team in the world, and very few people would dispute that. From 2004 to 2006 for example, we've comfortably been the best team in the world.

Yet for some stupid reason, every world cup year we look like a bunch of amateurs that can hardly beat 2nd rate teams like argentina and italy

A bit like France then!! Cracking game last night, Argentina though somewhat one-dimensional were extremely effective. France were nervous as hell, they've never dealt well with pressure. Wouldn't class the Argies as second-rate.

On the topic of how many England wins today, I just looked at the odds

England are 1/750 to beat USA, not much of a return there so I took 5/6 on England scoring a try in the first 8 minutes.
England are 3/4 to win the cricket and 1/4 to win the Footy.

I put £20 on that hat-trick.................

Rugby were 14- 3 up but not playing a good game IMO

3 out of 3. Great stuff although I am concerned about our performance in the rugby match today. It was not good and has to improve in the next matches.

Not just 3 years, for the past 20 years I think NZ have probably played the better rugby then anyone else but for some reason something happens to them in World Cups :)

Don't like football. Boredom only surpassed by Golf. Unsurprising that they won against Israel. Generally crap team that'll lose against any half decent opposition though.

Don't stand a kitty cat's chance in hell in the rugby if they keep playing like they have been. Mind you, that's how it's been ever since they lost their 'Get Out Of Jail free' Johnny Wilkinson Card.

Thank flock for cricket eh - at least they're slightly better than mediocre!
