Hey guys. Just bought some new alloys off eBay for my wifes 2.0 gls estate (2001). Bought 4 brand new 16inch 4x114 wheels for £62 but just realised that I may need new nuts. Can anyone advise? Also I'd like to get some locking nuts. I hope I haven't dropped a nut!
Can anyone help? Thanks

Why might you need new nuts? Am I misssing something?
If your after some locking wheels nuts then Halfords or any motor factors ought to be able to sell you some.

Can certainly recommend McGard locking wheel nuts.....average around £25 a set IIRC

Most decent motor factors will stock them

.
Do I have to answer the question about you missing something ????????
Not all wheel nuts fit all alloys , some have a larger bore than the wheels , some have a chamftered end , some flat etc etc
My advise would be to speak to an alloy wheel reseller and ask them for some , and as Pete says the McGuard ones do have a good rep
