I have invested in a camcorder headrest bracket for use with track days. I got it from the following website: http://www.b-hague.co.uk/Mounting%20Brackets.htm

Here's some pics of the bracket INSERT INTO post VALUES (from the website - not my car ):

And here is the result. The clip is only 25s and in low quality to keep the file size down, but shows the steadiness of the bracket. What view is best, the one with dashboard in shot or not ? I reckon with as on a track will give a better perspective.

Wow, thats cool! But at £50 I will stick with jamming it in the passenger headrest :)

I thought the same Dave but then I may have a passenger on both our runs at Japfest etc.

I like the one with the dash in, gives more of a feeling of 'being there'

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

What can you say?

Just be sure and keep your hand over the speedo - you'd hate for :lolice: to get the file, identify the road and then find out who it is?!?!

Valid point mate, but probably be kept to track days and meets INSERT INTO post VALUES (mind you got to take care on the old McDonalds convoys!).

I'd say the dash for track days, and taking into account possible incrimination, not the dash for boost controller testing on the private test track.
