new users issue??

is there a problem with new users trying to register for a forum login??

ive had a couple of people mention they cant sign up for the forums...
im not sure what the exact problem is thou...

I also had an email from someone in Auz with an issue too......asked for the username they were trying to use before looking into it and reporting it....not heard back yet.
