HELLO EVRYONE.IVE BEEN CONSIDERING GETTING AN IMPORTED LEGNUM VR4 AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY COULD GIVE ME ANY ADVICE ON HOW RELIABLE THEY ARE AND WOT TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN LOOKING FOR 1.ALSO IVE JUST SOLD MY 1992 V6 SHOGUN AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE RUNNING COSTS WOULD BE IN COMPARISON TO THE SHOGUN AS I WILL BE USING THE CAR
TO GO TO WORK EVERYDAY (ABOUT 25MILES A DAY) AND I NEED TO KNOW WAT SORT OF FUEL CONSUPTION I COULD EXPECT.IF THE COSTS ARE TO SCARY I MIGHT GO FOR A NORMAL 2.5 V6.CHEERS :happy:

The costs are scary! Reliability is good if it is looked after. MPG is around 20, depending on your type of journey and how you drive. I average 18.

If you click on the resources tab at the top of the page, you will find the link to the buyers guide. The prices are a couple of years out of date, but the info is good.

Not Sure , I'm a bit deaf

Had 29.8 out of a manual vr4 , so anywhere between 8mpg and 30mpg is good in my books

Welcome Milo. Fuel economy is the killer, everything else is pretty much standard + 10% i'd say. They're good cars,not as many faults or known problems as people seem to think as long as they're looked after. £4/5k ought to get you a good one these days.
