Went to the nice guys at Eurospec and had my car brought a tad closer to earth, it's not a huge difference, quite subtle, but the wheels fill the arches better and it's surviving the speed humps! Plus the suspension is much better in the corners.

looks good , what have they done springs or springs and struts ? and how much £££££ if you don't mind me askin ?

Just the springs, Tein s.tech available here (http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m22b0s1405p6895), they were £175.99 and they had to be shipped from Japan, they shipped a batch so should still have some in stock.
Fitting was £180, quite a bit of work and some very rusty bolts on my car! Sorry guys!
