98 2.0 rear bumper onto first facelft 2.5

Just a quick qusetion to those in the know. is a 98 2.0 rear bumper the same as a first facelift v6?.

They look identical. Theres one on e bay in turquoise I want to get to replace the cracked one on mine.

Just checked and yes, the 1st facelift bumper looks like it'll fit. I can't see any reason why the fittings would be different. My GLS was a 1st facelift and it looks identical to the pre-facelift bumper.

In fact the 2nd facelift (Sport) bumper probably fits too, but the bottom of the skirt is different, it has vents in it - But I imagine the fixings are the same.

Cheers guys, id love a sport or vr4 rear bumper (and a front one as thats cracked as well) but it means getting it sprayed and they cost the earth.
