Adrenalins or GSD3's

I am about to make a very important decision in my life. I need new tyres for the leg, but I am unsure if I should get Goodyear or Bridgestones. Alot of you have GSD3's, but has anyone tried the RE010 Adrenalins yet? If so what are they like. They treat evo's well, but how do the handle the long wheel base of the leg.

The evo 7/8/9 wheelbase isn't much shorter than ours at all. I doubt there would be any difference in all anyway, a good tyre for one car will be good for another. The new Bridgestones are very good, and the tread pattern looks cool too.

Weren't you looking at changing to different wheels anyway?

Yeah... but that's just one of my frivilous dreams that will probably never happen. Like going RWD :P.

Actually the RE010 is considered an Ultra Performance Tyre and the GS-D3 is considered the higher Max Performance Tyre.

Also, according to the survey results, in wet driving, the GS-D3 is 9.1 whereas the RE010 only 6.9. And you know Auckland :D ,the GS-D3 is the best wet weather performer.

No matter how cool I think the adrenalins are, the GS-D3's seem to be the more aligned to my driving style. Out in the wops and off the tarmac.

i have the dunlop direza 101 on mine. They serve me well, ive only really been through a set once, since ive owned my car (3 years almost.. next month?). But ive had a few incidents, where the misus managed to slash the side wall of the tyre, but that was covered under the insurance of the tyre company (tonys tyres)when i brought a whole new set. i may need a new set soon?

im running toyo proxes T1 S on the front of mine at the moment. and they are probably just as good maybe a bit better than the GSD3s imho.


my mate was on about someone who had the new street legal racing slick type tires on his fto, apparently they are great, untill it starts to rain and your better on ditch finders

These are the most awesome tyres ever in existance. They feel heaps better than gsd3's and the stick like glue AND, just as you thought things couldn't get any better THEY ARE QUIET AS!

can't even hear them on the motorway :P

you could tie them in with my recaro's as well, they have the little loops in them for a 4 point harness :)
