hi all iam thinking of decat my wifes legnum will a 65mm decat pipe be ok

If you've got a standard exhaust (2 1/2") then the 65mm should be OK.

all i know is the back box as been changed to upgraded one

65mm is fine for the standard downpipes and midpipe joint - which is more than likely what you have.
