how do i remove my wing? i took the 2 screws out from the inside boot, but wont come off.

Do you mean the wing (spoiler) on the boot lid? If so, i think mine has 3 screws either side. You may also find it has a bonding material between the spoiler and the boot which is very tough. Gentle persuasion and a little warmth from a hair dryer or such will help.

Nothing in the larger hole further down the picture? It may have only the one either side as the car I don't think would have had that as original equipment - is it a V6 or other? So it may well just be bonded now you have the two out, but can't be certain.

Glad you got it sorted. Personally I like spoilers on the boot lid, but it's whatever you prefer. Still a great car

7 and a half, it would look good without the spoiler, with better alloys on it, and it would look good with the spoiler on with better alloys, cant say im to keen on them, but its your car so go nuts with it lol. galant looks good anyways

I dont care about the spoiler either way, I think they are aptly named personally. They spoil any car :happy:
But seriously those tail lights are poo, they cheapen the look of any car I have ever seen them on, cheap nasty things.

Don't forget that often a spoiler is put on a high performance car to counteract the natural tendency for a sedan/saloon to generate rear end lift at high speed.

If you plan on driving at high speed (on your private road or the track of course) you might want to think about putting the spoiler back on. It would not be good fun to start loosing traction at the rear wheels doing 200+ odd Kph.

Still, if you do then at least it'll be good test data... if you survive to report it.
