I took a couple of days off last week to spoil the Legnum. Thursday saw a visit to RC Developments for a full fluid service. They were very helpful and have done a good job, they seem like a good bunch, but expensive. They did a full check over of the car and pulled up a couple of issues to be addressed, the rear turbo has a slight oil leak, and one of the rear struts is leaking (I feel a set of Teins coming on!). Cost £252 for the service, and it needs new plugs soon too but I couldn't wait for them to do those, plus I'll do those myself I think.

Friday saw a run up to wheelbase in Oldham to have the alloys off the Probe put on the VR4. If it was a straight swap I would have done this myself, but as three of them were down to the thread it was time for a new set of some Proxes T1-S on them. As always they were very helpful, swapped the wheels over no bother, gave me new nuts for nothing and also replaced one of the centre caps that had lost its carbon fibre trim. The 3 Toyo's cost me £297 (225/40/18), quite reasonable I thought. The result.... :2thumbsup

3 new tyres may not be the best thing... how much tread does the remaining one have?

Looks good. But, spend a little more time in the garden. That tree is in the way/pan

No worries there, the other one only had 200 miles on it.

Black over gold wheels always looks good. Kinda reminds me of the John Player Special cars from the '70s/'80s:afro:

Very nice, but....

You could fit a small country under those arches! Get it slammed!

Just what I was thinking actually... maybe should stencil JPS and Longines all over it :P
