HKS twin SPF air filter

Anyone know if the HKS twin SPF air filter that they sell for the GTO will fit the VR4?

I guess it would fit yes........looking at it though it wouldn't fit in the stock location. You would have to fabricate some piping to get it to a more convenient location. In my opinion a lot of work for not much gain! Looks cool though! :)

I agree with BDA - off hand I guess a relocation of the battery to the boot and some pipework to locate it in that vacant space would work, but as BDA says how much gain is it really going to give you ?

Not to mention the GTO comes stock with 13b's if I rememberr correctly, Our tiny (in comparison) 9b's dont require as much air but I really dont think its worth it..IMO

My battery is already in the boot, as I didnt have room for it in the FTO`s engine bay along with the vr4 engine.

I think the MAF has the same size and shape fitting so you may be able to do it............again though I dont think it will be worth it other than for super looks! ;)
