This is a very rough plan of what we're doing (Mrs BraindG coming too)
Well, some of you may remember a post a while ago, about me coming to NZ..
well the dates have now been set, and a plan is being formulated..
The plan thus far..

Sat - 27-Mar - Arrive in Auckland
Sun - 28-Mar - Auckland
Mon - 29-Mar - Rotorua and Taupo
Tue - 30-Mar - Taupo and south past the 3 volcanos
Wed - 31-Mar - Wellington - catch up with my mate - out on the piss in other words :D
Thu - 01-Apr - Wellington - heading up to Wanganui
Fri - 02-Apr - Wanganui
Sat - 03-Apr - Wanganui - wedding day
Sun - 04-Apr - Wanganui - hung over
Mon - 05-Apr - TBD
Tue - 06-Apr - TBD
Wed - 07-Apr - TBD
Thu - 08-Apr - TBD
Fri - 09-Apr - TBD
Sat - 10-Apr - TBD
Sun - 11-Apr - TBD

Anyone like to put us up for a night? or show us the local sights anywhere?
cant wait to come now.. oh, can we hire a VR4? :p anything we should know before coming? need to bring? do?

Dunno if you can hire a VR-4 here.....If you were here for a week you could have borrowed mine.

Stop in Rotorua on the way down. Some interesting touristy stuff there. If you are lucky it might be around the same time as the WRC comes here.

There's heaps that you would probably find interesting here but I just cant think of anything at the moment....too early in the morning

Any plans to visit Christchurch, in the South Island? Great roads, scenery etc. A number of VR4s down here too. My son will be over at the same time from Derby...

we're planning a tour round both islands.. i want to go vr4 spotting, but Mrs BraindG has other ideas :thinking: :p so i can only imagine we'll be in Christchurch at some point :D

Kind of gutted i have already sold my wagon. Was looking forward to showing you what a real vr-4 looks like in the flesh ;) Guess i can only daydream about that car now... *sigh*
