Can i have your wheels?

40mm on the rear and 45mm on the front seems to be acommon adjustment, but it's hard to give you a perfect number. 2 or 3 fingers between the wheel and the guaurd on both front and back would be enough to look cool but still ride nice.

I've just had done at Eurospec, see here (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27181), it actually is lower than I thought around 45mm, deffinatly looks loads better, I think it has 'settled in' a bit more since those pictures. I paid £176 inc. p&p from camskill (http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m22b0s1405p6895).

Downside.... I used to hit the occasional speed hump.... I now hit a 'few' more, west london is not a good place to drive around! /rally

I've got evo 8 wheels at the moment Defexion - name your price :)

As for the drop, make it 40mm at the front and 20mm at the back
