It will be about 2" in diameter, and yes you can fit any size outlet on it that you want.

Why should he?
You are the one with the GDI, all you need to do is measure the size you have on your car. Then you can do your own searching on Trademe.

Don't be lazy.

there are millions of exhausts all over trademe, most of them will work.
