It's almost 7pm, and still no verdict

Which kind of makes you think that the judges are having a long hard think about the case ... which would mean that there's some kind of case for the fuel being too cold ... which would mean that BMW & Williams broke the rules... and I'm not even going to guess what happens next :speechles

But if it had been an open'n'shut case, it would have been shut by now

"ruled inadmissable"

trans = "this court isn't going to get involved in deciding the championship. It's taken us a day to decide because it's pretty clear that there was more than a 10 degree temperature variance by the ambient measure that most teams use... but this court just ain't going there!"

Thiesssen of BMW said:
""It has become quite clear that the regulations state a very precise difference of temperature of 10 degrees (centigrade) but they do not define precisely how and when the two reference points are taken," said Theissen.

"That is the issue and in my view it should not have gone to the Court of Appeal but to the Technical Working Group in order for the technical directors to come up with a clear regulation on how to do it in the future."

When asked if the matter needs to be resolved before the 2008 season, Theissen said: "Absolutely.""
