What's that goop called...

Anyone know what the sticky goop that you use to around eg the rear light clusters to seal them? It's not glue - kind of liquid rubber stuff the seals the light against the bodywork.

I need to convert my skyline rear lights to LED's, so need to reseal when I put the things back in...

or when i did my spotlamps i got the black tape from the windscreen place it's about 7mm square but will stretch to make it thinner
