once i get my baby going again i need to get her d limited whats a cheep car friendly way/rally

The speed limit is removed via cutting the correct wire to the ecu. I cant remember which one it is but if you do a search it should soon come clear.

can anyone tell me when disconecting the wire from ecu dose it matter wheather ecu is live or not.

I would disconnect the battery first. I had an ecu blow once when an earth wire failed so it always safer to disconnect the battery first

how to get at my ecu its in the passanger well isent it

it is in the centre console behind the radio. Easiest to access it via the passenger foot well.

Dirk - it shouldn't make any difference to a V6? It is an ECU issue with JDM cars only.

well hold on a minute lads i took off passanger side of my center colum ye made it sound so easy im now lookin at what could be 3 ecu's stacked on top of each other block of connectionc in frount of them. im lost:dizzy2: :dizzy2: :dizzy2: :dizzy2:

It's the ecu with the green plugs/harness

they all have two conections is it left or right do i have to take out the ecu is it green with spripe difenitly.
