No, some numpty on sat turned on a valve that spilt thousands of liters of diesel
into the under ground service channels. Which yesterday they pumped out but then they used granules to soak the last bit up, but that is more flammable than the diesel. Then add grinding and welding above makes a fire waiting to happen.
