Can someone please post the Power/Torque curves for a VR-4 ?

I am curious about where the power/torque really kicks in.
1000/2000/3000/4000/5000/6000/7000 rpm readings.

Thanks mate. I will have a question.

So according to this graph once you get it to 3000rpm, you get really high torque. It would really be good to drive at between 3000 and 6000.

I drive mainly between 1500 and 3000. However, when I hit 3000 and over, it is like a transformation, from a standard car to a supercar, especially at 4500 and over, with the Power up there too then.

Yep - 3k is when you start making proper boost levels.

Below that you're just trundling. Good for economy but not for torque or power.

If you want to make rapid progress, keep it between 3 and 6.

This is the graph from the brochure - if its attached. Torque is flat from 2000 to just over 5000.

Thanks guys:

It is similar to most cars then. The sweet point is 3000-5500. With a rapid increase from 3000-4000rpm. This is when you real feel the surge.

I love my car.

I dunno, Mitsubishi say the engine has a flat torque curve from 2000 to just over 5000, the other graphs show what may be happening at the wheels after it been through the auto box, which isn't locked up at low revs, hence the apparent bump around 3500 rpm.
