Hi, I'm trying to take one of the crappy American galants and make a VR-4. Does anyone know how and where I can get a hold of a 96-99 VR-4 front bumper? As well as a 6A13TT motor, I have searched all over Google for them. Still no leads.

New Zealand is awash with such parts. Try the autodismantlers Kempys - www.kempys.co.nz and also the auction site www.trademe.co.nz. I am sure you could convice a seller on trademe to ship that sort of stuff to you.
