Hi All,

My husband has just bought me a Galant VR4 2.5 Twin Turbo in silver. I am the first person in the UK to own this car, it was imported from Japan. This is the first car of this calibre that I have owned, so apologies in advance for any rookie mistakes I may make

Nikola.

/Welcome I hope you enjoy the car, and spending £20 to have full membership will be the best £20 you can spend on the car.

I'm looking for a new front bumper for my VR4, as I cracked mine on a kerb shortly after getting my car. I know, I'm a muppet but you only make the mistake once dont you!!! My hubby has said it could be repaired but for the cost of that I may as well get a new one. The only problem I have is that I cant seem to find something I like. Does anyone know of a good place to look for a new one, preferably not a standard one?

There are a number of aftermarket kits available but not too common.

Nikola - as regards the bumper...... Well, it depends on what you want.

If you want a standard bumper - get it fixed. Mo (Zedy1) can supply bumpers but unless he's got one in your colour it could work out pricey! If you want to try Mo, search the forums for the user Zedy1 and you should find his mobile number.:scholar:

As for upgrades.... Well, there's not many about unless you import from Japan (see www.takakaira.com or www.rhdjapan.com for options). The other choice is Ebay, there are some kits available particularly in Germany.... Though they are a little............ "In your face" in my opinion!

Hello and /Welcome

Search for "crux" and you should find some interesting bumpers. The crux kit is my favourite, but searching for it should bring up a few other options too.

Hope to see you at some meets, and maybe on track!
