was browsing on trademe was looking at this car (VR4 prefacelift)

looking on the dash, i noticed where the kms are it has trip?
How do you get that on ya dash? is it some sort of option or something.

edit: okay after lookin round is it called trip computer?

press the little button in thats sticking out of the front of the instrument cluster....

yep, and it will cycle through the two trip modes as well as the actual odometer. If you hold the button down while on either of the trip modes you will reset them back to 0

What trip computer????

The trip written there means that you are looking at the distance since that trip started. You start the trip by holding the button down by the display.

ohhh, i get it now. i though it was some sort of option with our cars.
