I had my front rotors machined back today about 0.5mm.
I also put new pads in, Bendix advance, thanks to Goku for the awsome hook up.

total of $86.50 to get them to look like this.

there is clearly dirt on the wheel next to the air needle :)

Very clean though :D Now all we need to do is to get you some Brembo's

Brembo's, since most around these parts have them :/
I going to have some wilwoods fitted :)

No they haven't.
I like the Enkei style of them 18" would be better with Yokohama - A048 Motorsport tyres

Just out of interest, why did you have them machined? Pad deposits? Or scratched?

Either way, machining is usually associated with reducing the performance of brake disks...not saying you'll ever notice the difference, but the accepted wisdom is that you replace them. Saying that, my personal opinion is that for fast road use you'll never have a problem.

id say he had them skimmed due to a brake shudder, which is quite common on our cars.

i have never heard of reduced brake performance from skimming them...unless you go under sized and they crack

I had them machined because they were all uneven, witch were making them squarl, not because of worn brake pads.

There was less than 1mm taken off them, so I don't see how that would reduce performance, I know they are working a lot better now :)

I would not get them done again on the same rotor, even though it is very common practice to get them done on a lot of imports.

Fair enough......from the point of view of heat dissipation, 1mm is a lot. I'm with you, and wouldn't skim them again.

Brake shudder is due to pad deposits, so if they were all uneven, that's pad deposits again, which is mainly down to poor bedding in.

Yes I agree with you there Turbo Steve :D
First time I've looked at them, since I've had the car.

After taking it on the track for a few races (2 * 6 laps) I think that was enough to really get them working hard, and for the problem to really arise from the hard work out.
