Just thought I would post that I had the club card,keyring,2 window stickers and so club cards to give to anyone wanting info on the club.they arrived in the post today.very nice and pleased to be a proper member.

You actually put "internal" on your application Steve. If you want to swap then just PM Andy (The Vee) and arrange to send those back and he can replace them....or keep those and order some external ones via the online shop.

i got everything but a keyring in my pack. I usually keep my car key on its own to save my ignition anyway but just thought id mention it hehe. Glad to be a member, and the resources are great.

Lee, just can't understand what is happening to yours - very strange. TBH can't remember the date the replacements went out as I still have the original pack sent date. I will see if there is a more secure way to send another (maybe arrange another trip to the ring and hand deliver it/pan ) Please PM confirmation of your address as I know I've had three different ones. We will get this sorted

Andy will PM some details to you again. TBH it's not a big issue and I don't want funds to be wasted if you have to keep resending. Post here normally takes 2-3 days longer than in the UK but the last I had heard was that you had to wait out for the new stock. Perhaps it's not been long enough...or maybe you forgot to post it out after waiting ;)

New stock did indeed come in and everything was sorted. But it is an issue for me, only just to know everybody gets what they should. Anyhow, got your PM and that is the latest addy I have, so off to the PO tomorrow morning.

Andy a constructive comment I'd like to make is that I'm not sure an A4 envelope is necessarily the best packaging for the contents. Given the shape I can see it would be easy for the envelope to tear if stressed, this would cause issues with the postal service.
Perhaps a different size/shape may be suitable?

I can understand what you are saying, but to be fair, I've only just started using these A4 ones again as I have a large number left over from the Mouse Mat era! Until this point I was using half these size (A5?) which are a little more difficult to pack with the pen and cards often making it a tight squeeze on the thickness on this class of post. It was indeed the smaller sized envelope used for your previous non deliveries. I can't honestly remember which size I used for MarkSanne. It's a fair point Lea and shall continue to monitor the situation, but I feel the A4 ones are a little more robust.
