Just parted company with my beloved V6 Sport.

Condition of sale was that the sparkly alloys I had on there remained on the vehicle.....

To this end, I have four original alloys taking up space in my garage.

They are in need of a tidy up, bit scuffed and one of them looks as if it's been potholed....Not by me I hasten to add.

My question is what are they worth as they are, should I get them refurb'd and if so would I sell them for enough to cover the outlay, or should I introduce them to the nearest skip...???

Four good tyres on them btw.

I'm guessing a refurb will cost at least £50 a wheel...

ChipsAway in west London do it for that a wheel, at your work or home...

Suppose it could be cheaper where you are in the UK or for a discount being four and off the car.

considering that you can pick up evo wheels for £200 + I'd just stick them on ebay and see what you get maybe worth £100 + to somebody but i wouldn't bother getting them refurbish and don't forget they are only 4 stud type evo's and vr4 are 5, also the sport wheels were very weak

i just bought a set of standard alloys with a set of really good rally/mud/snow tires of ebay for 39 quid
