Or anyone been to Katoomba? I'm heading over there for a conference in a couple of weeks, and have a free afternoon - just wondering if anyone can suggest something to do there?

Hire a Cycle. I did and see the three sisters.

Yeah stayed overnight there when we visited the Blue Mountains during a trip a couple of years ago.

As mentioned, go have a look at the Three Sisters, we went at sunset and it was particularly nice. There are plenty of tracks along the cliffs and some impressive views.

Yeah, I was thinking of hiring a bike - seems like there are some nice tracks there. But I've never done moutain biking before, only road for me :)

Yeah see the 3 sisters, climb down to the bottom of the steps, thats a work out in itself!

nice place Katoomba! Visited it a couple of years back. It is an episode to go doen the 900 steps or so! Worth a visit to see the three sisters, taxi or bike or walk!!

Definitely aptly named the blue mountains
