how do you get the pads out of the calipers ??? [ front ] do you release the two bolts, at the rear of the pistons, or do you just prise the pistons apart ???

forget that last bit, sussed it !! It's prising the pads apart, to get the caliper back over the new disc I'm struggling with !!
Is it just pressure required to open up the gap ??

open up your brake fluid filler cap and get your self a big pair of adjustable plier's (plumbers) put a cloth or bit of wood over the brake piston+caliper and press the piston home then screw the filler cap back on "do not press the brake pedal with the filler open"

Hi, to get the brake pads out, Simply loosen the bolts on the caliper, spread the pads apart from the disc until loosen then remove one bolt and slide the caliper out. :-D

I've never touched the rear, I can't help. Sorry. By the way, I need to get a front left track-arm complete with ball-joint and bushings. Cannot find a supplier in Trinidad, W.I. Can you help? :)
