Well over 3 months since I bought the car, but thought it was about time I posted some pix of the V6-24 Sport.
TBH the car has really be used and abused lately as a dog carrier, people carrier and several loads of odds and sods in our recent office move.
Today. with the sun out, took the opportunity to clean her and take some snaps.

Clear front indicators would look good. I still have a soft spot for V6 Sport estates. :)

Nice car....nice looking, practical, very straight.
I love the wheels. They'd look awesome on my Evo. I need a set. Now.

Nice. One question I do have though is why has it got orange indicator lenses on the headlamps? They went 'clear' across the range in 1999, before the V6 Sport was introduced.:inquisiti

Back to before, it was imported from Germany and Pete (the previous owner) changed the lights of course.....maybe that's why ? Mind you he wouldn't have changed the indicators would he.......hmmm.
Edit: Looking at old posts from Pete, he changed the lights himself and got them from Zedy......no mention of the indicators. Wonder if they came as a set from Mo all in one ? Hmmm, maybe a PM will clear things up

Hmmm, maybe a PM will clear things up Just to confirm, only the headlights themselves were changed, as they were right hand dip. Indicators were left untouched. The car itself was supplied direct by Mitsubishi UK for use by a surgeon in the BAOR in Germany, so was fitted with the aforesaid headlamps and convex door mirrors to both sides - probably the only thing I miss on my VR4.
BTW Pete, good to see that it is still looking good and being a workhorse as well.

I bought a new car while in baor and it also had lhd headlights in , if i remember correctly you had to change them to conform the bfg (mot) test over there. im sure most manufaturers supplied rhd headlights to swap over though....
