Do you have a router for your broadband?
If so you can normally log onto them and block individual sites, or if you have a decent software firewall you can do it that way.

i know none of the passcodes for the pc`s, my old man had a brilliant idea of locking everyone out of them, and not tell anyone the codes, so when there is a problem, i cant fix it.
i think i might just gofor the easiest option and hide the icons /lol

Dont need to log onto any other PCs than your own. What router have you got?

simple just bitch slap her :p

or put an entry in the hosts file on the system that read

myspace.com 127.0.0.1
facebook.com 127.0.0.1

this will mean she will see bugger all when trying to goto those websites
