Hi all

My names Sharon and ive just bought my first Legnum Vr4 Type S last week. Totally love it already and even better when no one knows what it is or whats under the bonnet :scholar: Was on the look out for one for good few months now. I went down to Cheshire to collect the car and the 230ish mile drive back up was much fun :sweethear Some of you might recognize the car as i bought it from a Cvr4 member, big thank you to him as the car is superb /thankyou Was driving a Skyline before this and thought the Legnum might be bit of a letdown, i know i know, but glad to say its deff not! Ive owned a Renault 5gt turbo, my pride and joy, coming up for 7 years now (been garaged for last year and a half as needs some work) so hopefully ill love this car as much and it will be around for a while! /toycar

Welcome! When you say near Glasgow? Which side? I'm near Stirling - have no real idea about cars but enjoy driving...so if you were ever bored and wanted to oggle at another 3 VR4s, then drop us a line as I live round the corner from UnclePete so it wouldn't be hard to get them lined up!

Ally - Lenzie ain't far either...sounds like Central Scotland is getting busy with these!!! There is also a guy on here that lives further along the hillfoots from me - I also know of a guy who owns one that isn't a member of the site...but don't know him to talk to - might chap his door one day and tell him about the site.

Anyway, I'm havering now so I'll be off - but seriously good purchase choice and welcome to the club...I've found everyone here to be incredibly helpful - I've asked some right stupid questions and rather than make fun of me, they've explained their answers...then pulled my leg...it's a very useful resource this site as the people on it are keen to help out when they can.

Glasgow is getting quite popular for VR4's, I know of 3 that don't visit the club, I will card them next chance I get, (sounds a bit vicious that!, it's not a glasgow term for anything, I mean I will politely leave them a clubvr4 card on their windscreen, lol)

Where do we get the cards from?

I recently renewed my membership and the pack sent out to me had few clubvr4 cards with website address and other info, business card type thang, to promote the club.

Hi Shaz....

Always good to see another lady on the forums ( although alot will question me being in the category of lady :D)

Hope you enjoy your time with us, you will soon get to know the jokers and pervs ( who said Brad, not me ;) )

Only kidding... They are a very friendly bunch on here and any problems, don't be scared to ask

Motherwell isn't that far from Stirling - although it isn't a place I deliberate drive to! I'll have the cast off in about 2 weeks, if I still own the car by then, I'll drive through and let you see another VR4 in the flesh!
