Hey Omar, can you give some more details.

If I am correct its the proper Mitsu machine is needed, unless you do the Kieran way of all 4 wheels on axel stands.

Omar, can you please send me on your mechanics details? I'll be looking to get the AYC serviced once my car hits Irish shores.

I assume he did the job on your own motor, how did he fare out? Would you recommend him for general VR-4 mechanical work (timing belt etc)

Omar, sent you a pm a while back regarding your mechanic - any chance you could forward on his details re AYC fluid change?

Omar has disappeared it would seem  Are there any Irish owners on the forum who can recommend a mecnahic and / or garage that can undertake a full AYC fluid change (pref in or around Dublin)?

Quite a few of us in the UK haven't got easy access to a specialist for these cars either - However, what people have done in that case is to print off the articles from the members area and take them to their local mechanic - You don't need any 'special' tools as such. In fact, a lot of us can now change our AYC fluid on the driveway! :scholar:

The nearest I have heard of is Belfast.

K's right up is very good, but not tried myself.

Remember though its only the clutch system actuating fluid that needs the Mitsu system to change it, the rear diff and clutch fluid is much more straight forward.
It had me worried till I realised this.

It seems the more questions where asked, the man with the answers dissappeared.

Roberto, apparently theres a guy in Mullingar and another in Wexford who can change the fluid, the EVO guys in the Irish Mitsubishi Owners Club recommend them:

Sorry lads had no broadband for the last month I've just pm'd yous and for anyone else the contact details are : Nigel at Ciaran Reilly Motors, greenogue bus park newcastle, nigel on 0863950960. Just tell him i referred you. They've done timing belt and fluid changes aswell as other service work and I have found them great their not too willing to go at the invecs11 gear box but hopefully that will change when i give them the Kieran corp walk through off this site!!
