Got a pair fitted to my v6 (by previous owner) paired with ebc green stuff pads, the discs have gone a bit dull but i think that's down to the pads and maybe the age of discs (about two years old according to previous owner).

They stop the car without any probs but I cant realy compare them to standard setup.

A mate also has a set on his alfa which are still nice and shiny with oe type pads, but he has only had them about 6 month.

I had trouble with black diamond discs - run out causing rattling, and then the disc material did something really weird. Do a search to see my other threads on the subject in the past. I wouldn't buy them again.

I have drilled and grooved BD’s on my V6 and highly recommend. Plus side very good under braking but they wear fast I could do with a new set in less than a year’s time. I have only had them for 2 years with 2 sets of Black Diamond pads and now EBC red stuff ceramic pads just installed. I think the ceramics are wearing them faster now (by the way the red stuff takes some time to warm up, so if you are a nutter like me then you should be fine)

Off topic, but how did you manage to get 194bhp out of your v6?
